★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just asked about any offers for Phillips earphone.And the owner told me that in only one model we got offer. That's ok. But when asked again about any the other earphones like syska or jbl he got so arrogant and furious and showed some irrational behaviour that anyone out there would get offended. That discussion could have been handled politely. Guys if this is the attitude of any retailer then it's better to avoid disappointment coz the customers are the ? YOU . You deserve respect. Got a very bad experience about customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I Purchased Vivo V20 SE with The gave fake promotional offers that they will give a earpods of Zebronics worth 1899 with a price of 699 apart from giving Rs.1000 off on the headset as Diwali offer the fake promise was given 24 hrs back . When I went to Renew store today after unboxing the phone they denied that offer on earpods...how come you cheat your customers like that . This low level of cheap fraudster needs to be dealt like a Covid-19 Really shameful and disgusting I will share a strong feedback with Vivo as well. Shameful really this is absolutely criminal to dupe the customer in this dirty sickening manner....and i will all my friends and relatives in Kestopur not to buy any products from Renew Kestopur Store....
