Disclosure & Discussion :
Initially, a detailed discussion is carried out with the client, to understand client’s taste, preferences, requirements, ideologies, limitations, timeline and budget. This process also involves a couple of site visits, enabling the design team and the project team to be completely aware of the Strengths, Weaknesses and opportunities of the project.
Brain Storming & Conceptualization :
The design team then gets involved. Site measurements are taken, Concepts are ideas are presented and discussed as per the client’s and site’s requirements. Wall Treatments, furniture styles and other design pieces are discussed.
Detailed Planning & BOQ
After conceptualization and detailed discussions with the clients, BOQ that is, Bill Of Quantities is discussed, which contains a detailed listing and costs of all the items provided by the agency. Changes are made as per client’s design schemes and materials (finishes) being used. Once BOQ is agreed upon, a agreement is signed by both the parties, after which Working Drawings are made for the final Execution of the project.
Execution & Supervision :
Execution process involves, firstly the Civil Work, which is Construction of various process pieces as per the design, wall treatments, false ceiling wherever required and creating and shifting of light points and other sockets. Secondly, Furniture fixed furniture is installed on site with lights and other accessories. Lastly, lose furniture items are placed on site.
Handover :
After complete inspection by the Design Team, Project Team and Client, site is cleaned thoroughly and handed over to the client.

Renovation Contractor team was the best and comfortable team to help me venture out on golf course road gurgaon.
Since kitchen inception i wanted to be involved in plan, detailing, type of caskets, modular drawers, storage etc and each time m happy to have been able to interact with Priti who understood my requirement in every aspect. The staff had come home to check space, existing storage sizes as per which the kitchen design was customised. Minor detailing was worked upon each time and only after mutual consensus plan was executed.
I still recollect time and again plans have been amended as per requirements and inspite of all detailing re-work was done without lifting an eyebrow.
I may have been rigid sometimes in getting drawers re-changed post the entire kitchen was done still they welcomed the opinion and brought about the change considering my requirement. I remember small fittings which were pending were proactively fixed a night before our house Vaastu Shanti.
