★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too overpriced... Confirm all the amenities and price before buying a room. Electricity and laundry charges extra. Cleanliness is the only good thing. Food served only twice a day even on weekends and food timings sucks on weekends, food is served too late. Wifi signal is weak in most of the rooms. Not a home like experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After living as a paying guest for about a month my experience so far:
* Rooms are decent and spacious. There is a 2 seater sofa along with coffee table of same size, 1 study table along with chair, split AC, mini refrigerator, TV(seems like owner has bought it from junkyard), bathroom cum toilet with geyser, two almirah (1 small and 1 big), a mirror in each room.
* Food is the only problem that I have experienced so far as the cook only cooks limited dishes with limited resources and further you are not allowed to cook anything in the kitchen.
