★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an order, made payment and uploaded the documents on 15th of march. It's already 21st March. The order hasn't even crossed the document approval stage. They told that Turn Around Time was 3-4 days. Customer service is poor, call never lands with an executive after wait time of over 10 mins Everytime. You will receive a message after the call gets disconnected t "due to heavy call flow your call could not be connected, we will call you back in 24 hours " but I never got a call back, it's 6 days already. Chat process is so pathetic. They never acknowledged the problem, nor they gave an explanation for the delay. All they reply " your complain has been escalated " but you never get a complaint no.
I am still shocked how come people above have given such rave reviews. Or maybe it's a paid promotion lol.

I came to Delhi from abroad for few weeks so instead of getting into the hassles of buying new products I ordered almost everything from here bed, washing machine, chairs and much more and I must say I am a happy customer. Would recommend to everyone

Delivery guy called me on 23 said sir 24th you will get your product
Now its 28th June 2021
No refund
No cancellation no Delivery i don't know where is my product even customer care taking my complain but can't be able to update whats the matter

I made payment and submitted all the documents and got delivery guy number
Now as they are not having much orders in my area delivery guy making excuses and told me to cancel the order...
When I speak to customer care they were saying no sir we ll make it delivered I am really worried about my money is it parked at right place
