★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service..they will promise to provide the appliances on time and then they don't care to pick up calls or reply to your mails. Absolutely disgusting and pathetic service. Atleast refund the amount and reply on mails that you can't deliver the product. I request everyone not to believe on these cheaters and fraudsters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic pathetic pathetic customer service. I ordered a refrigerator 2-3 weeks ago and they are not giving any update now. I have uploaded all the docs but they are sending me same mail again and again with documentation incomplete.. Not responding to any of my mails. I would not recommend any one to rent from this side or you'll face serious issues. They do not have refund option. Your money will be at great risk. I wish i could give them negative stars.

Ordered cooler n returned it bcz of damage issues. Didn't used it a single day,
But in my refund you guys taken the rent as well, on call one of your executive assured me for full refund ...as I mailed the very next day of the delivery bt these guys are fraud...no call pickup no msg revert or mail,, slow as tortoise as still don't resolved the issue at the end ...don't every buy A needle from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor service. I have a washing machine rented from rentickle. It is not functioning since 1 month. I asked the authority to replace the product but they fixed the same product and left. It worked for 15 days and stopped working thereafter. I have been asking for a replacement since a week again. They seeked 24hours to do so but been a week already. Now it's neither in use nor we are getting an adequate support from rentickle. I feel ashamed of the service providers as they will ask me to pay its rent but for what something that's not functioning. I am so disappointed that I don't want a replacement now rather want them to take away the product and return my security money. Also I can't pay rent for something that I have not used.

Product wasn't serviced before delivery.
The delivery was rescheduled multiple times.
The rent per month increases if you choose to rent for a few months.
Total rent on display didn't include taxes.
