At times the Customer service team might be a little annoying and unresponsive, but the Delivery team specially A person named Sajid- Goes above and beyond to resolve your queries and ensures that customers confidence is restored. Overall, I am giving a 5 star, because I believe even 1 person can make a difference and because of the Delivery team and their willingness to follow up and resolve my issues beyond their domain was extremely satisfying. Sajid and Team... You guys make rentickle great and you deserve a Raise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most useless furniture renting company I have ever seen . First time I ordered the product the services were very lousy. They took a long time in paper work just for renting a chair and then they delivered the product very late. Then for the relocation they took long time . The second time i asked relocation they clearly denied and then I requested to close the rental account and return the product. They did not reply on email and the customer care executive are very rude and mannerless who do not know how to talk. The only thing they care about is deducting the rent from bank account . That they do on time .. rest all the behavior of executives and the services are pathetic.... Please do not take product from this company and go to some other company like RENTOMOJO..their rent is bit high but they have smooth process and quick services ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furnitures are better and cheap. They provide a very fast delivery of their products. Officers (Kapil, Delhi branch) do make sure that the products are delivered at the earliest. I got full call assistance while getting my things delivered.
The delivery boys are also very helpful. They will not ask for any tip unless you willingly give them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer support is really bad, the customer support promise full refund in case you don’t like the product and return in 2 days of delivery but on website you have to select the date after 15 days time, else you will be charged.
If they short of man power or product, they will put your area under No Entry area and will ask for NOC so that they can get some more days to arrange the product.
