β β β β β I booked scooty for one week. After few days at night around 11:30PM near to MG Road suddenly scooty stoped and I could not able to start. I called there customer care no and told about vehicle breakdown they told they will send one replacement vehicle as soon as possible after one hour they came to the place where I was. After initial check up we came to know that there was no fuel in the fuel tank. Then I realised that I forgot to fill fuel soon after knowing immediately I apologise to them bcz it was my mistake. Even it was my mistake they have replaced vehicle with sufficient fuel to go. I was so thankful to them and very much satisfied with the service definitely I will recommending others to go for.

β β β β β They gave me the scooty with one side mirror and police caught me for that and charged me of Rs 500 for not having both mirrors...and now the rental company is not agreeing to give my money back as they are telling that I might have opened one side mirror and then went on ride to get caught by police ...I also have the chalan but they are not believing me .....very bad service ....

β β β β β my brother take a bike from Rentpedia and they didnt take any resposibilites after getting caught by Police on road... Dissapointed... Dont believe what they told you ... and be safe on road because when you have faced any problem on road you are not getting help from them ... you are helped by your self only must check bike paper and keep with you ..
