★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Badest experience ever I could have died .if I had noticed the fault later ...they had not tighten the screw and told me that the click sound disappeared as new barring get the lubricant ...but still I am facing the same problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, they are not have basis spare parts. The most poor thing was the customer service is pathetic. One guy is doing all things from repairing to bike wash. Even supervisor was not able to understand the bike problems.
