★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service... Worst hospital... They called my 65 year old mom in the morning 7.30 for eye operation.... Kept her in the ot for 10 hrs... Without doing operations.. Without food... Very bad behavior... Don't go this hospital.. Worst service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very dedicated establishment for eye treatment. All type of cashless facilities are available here. The most important thing all the faculty members are so polite and caring about their services that they provide to the patients and their family members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The spectacle shop of renuka situated at ground floor of the same is nothing but a fraud, they charge 6500 to change lense on a old frame, and during delivery time they are providing a local lense without any authentication card that hardly cost 600-800.
Such a cheater they are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to check my eye power so went there to get an appointment for the next day, they told me "u need to call or visit here to book an appointment on the same day, and gave me a number." So, today I called on the number and they said u need to visit here and book an appointment. Even their worker doesn't know what they r doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for check of my mom. The power provided by the staff was totally incorrect I have that in papers as well. Moreover her issue was totally unidentified. We went for HCQS approval as she was taking HCQS for over 10 years and her doctor asked for clearance but as a hospital we would expect that you guys should have said about other problems as well.
Unfortunately we went to sushrut and they are treating her. Giving a wrong power figure from renuka eye institute is totally unacceptable.
