★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic customer service. I bought a banarasee saree from the owner. The saree was damaged. However, when we approached the owner for returning the damaged product within 24 hours, they brazenly ignored our request and started shouting at us for being ignorant of purchasing items. Worst kind of customer service. Never buy from this shop.

Completely pathetic
