Staff were very supportive and product was carefully wrapped, bubble wrap & lots of shredded cardboard - all in all, a very happy experience. Definately will recommend others. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience! I am new to Nagpur and went here looking for some assitance regarding a watch. The owner was very kind and welcoming and offered to help me for free. Rare to see such warmth and level of customer service in shop owner these days.
They can repair most watches and sell Casio, Titan and a few other indian brands. Also have a wide assortment of gifting items and chocolates.
