★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To begin with its hard to find excellent mechanic and tecchnocrafts for servicing vintage Royal enfields. During my search in Google ,I found Repair Master and to took a chance. i went to Indore from dhar for servcing my hunk as I was planning to go for a 1200km round trip.
The most convincing part was when I reached their shop the owner who also is s a mechanical engineer by profession, himself took a ride and briefed me on the issues which was to the point as I was going to explain to them "The Team Repair Master Knows their field of work ".
It took the entire day where in my bike was taken care like it was their own bike . Each and every part of the engine was thoroughly inspected and where there were issues it was explained to me in finer details. They did not recommend me to do major work because my bike's piston was shabby and making rattling sound instead they instilled confidence in me that I can ride for another 4000km and guaranteed there will be no issues.
By evening my bikes servicing was completed and got washed ,Now comes the most touching thing there was very minor dirt deposits which the team observed and I didn't observe ,they ensured it got cleaned ,again professionalism . And after that they again took a ride and adjusted slow speed,cleared water from alternator. Finally my bike was handed over to me.
The bill amount was affordable, reasonable and competitive. They have all the spare parts for the vintage enfileds.
After the service I didn't post review but today I am posting because I completed my trip without any issues ,the bike rode like a stream of water .
Thanks to the team of Repair Master . I also saw most modern bikes also getting serviced there.
Those who are planning to opt for their service please note that they take time to service your bike so that its done in perfect manner.
Very professional and Excellent customer service ..looking forward to visit again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first experience with Repair Master and every here is very humble and dedicated to solve the problem of the the customer no matter how long it take but they will only be satisfied only when the problem in the bike gets completely resolved. The price for their service is also reasonable. It took almost whole day to repair my r15 but these people didn't told me I have to leave my bike at garage, they understand customer. The whole team is amazing, special thanks to Samayak and Pawan bhaiya ??

I found out about this shop 8 months back, I have been going to this shop ever since. They listen and understand to your problems and do give you their best. They value each and every customer and for someone who loves their bikes/scooters, people at this workshop understand you and just solve your mechanics related problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service quality. Technician effort really appreciate full attention with every functional and nonfunctional parts.. specially uncle very polite and excellent behaviour..
My suggestion : improve your lab with latest tools and technology like service centre. Use branded genuine parts, because I see you use compatible Delhi made third party parts. I am disappointed with unbranded compatible parts... Manage staff with more technician. Clean your service area and improve washing area. Working area floor and wall need to improve because it will feel badly..
