★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took a property in Pune last year via one of their associate and do amused the deal.. We were promised about the cheque of 25k and 10k worth vouchers, however we never got It till now!
Apparently the associate we had worked with for buying a property had left Replic of property and patched up with Ms. Suntia !! She kept promising and promising to issue a cheque and now she has blocked us on WhatsApp!
Very unprofessional behaviour and nothing their words..It's disappointing..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a flat at Godrej Nature Plus Sohna through Mr. Karan Kapoor Sr Sales Manager at Republic of Property Inc (Santasha Real Estate Pvt Ltd) in Feb 2018. I have been told (also have email from firm) that i will receive Rs. 2 lacs as Cash Back once i make a payment of 20% of flat cost. I paid 20% in Jul 2018 and followed up with Republic of Property for the cash back. Every time i contact them a new date & promise is provided by owner of company Mr. Manish Gupta. More than 1.2 years has gone by but not yet received the cash back promised to me. Pls be aware while dealing with them.
