Staff is Best no doubt, Attendance, Tests, Study Material, Everything is Excellent...
But main thing when it comes to Faculty (Teachers) Every month here we had new teacher , like so much new Faculties it gets so difficult to capture and stick on 1 sir. When we try to stik manage everything again new sir comes like you can say that For every new topic here there is different sir Why I dont know maybe bcoz of other institutes but hume to padhai se mtlb hai na yaar 2 Lakh fees bhari hai, By my 2 years Experience I will not suggest you to take admission here and waste money instead of this Try Online waise bhi 1 saal abhi online hi hai 2lakh is a big amount guys think 100times.
Everything of Jee n Neet is now available online in a very Low Cost I wil suggest you to once see Physics Wallah course (Not Sponsored). I'm saying this by my 2 years of Experience...

The faculty were good before 2020.
when I was doing my prep last year my physics faculty got changed 9 times in a year. Yes it's true.
The office staff is the worst part of resonance nagpur. The just pitch for money, and just die for money. They make fool to students and there parents like" apka beta ya beti ka iit me pakka hojaega it's our responsibility to get him or her in iit". I have seen people coming from distant places for studying and these office staff doesn't have any work other than making the parents and students fool Nad showing them false dream and lying of completing them.
I short they don't have the sense of responsibility for a students career and just die for money.

My wife paid the annual fees online in Nov 2021.
16 April 2022 was orientation for the batch starting 18 April 2022. No one said any thing of collecting fee receipt for online payment already done. They didn't tell that receipt will be needed at the time of entry on day one.
When I dropped off my daughter @6pm at this center and about to come back from center, my daughter called me and told they aren't allowing her to enter as she didn't pay the fee.
I approached front desk and they asked me to confirm from fee payment window. As the queue was long and it was already 6 requested the front desk to allow my daughter to attend the class and in the mean time we can sort out the payment issue. To my astonishment they said NO. On my request they contacted one Pallavi madam but even she refused. She said that they have been following up with us since Nov 2021 and we haven't paid the fees.
There are two issues:
1) This institution do not have coordination between their accounts department and front desk. We paid the fees in Nov 2021 and their front desk doesn't know of it till 18 April 2022. A simple printout of paid students would have worked and they should have allowed the students to attend the class.This is process flaw and they are adamant of not updating themself.
2) Looks like these people are running the institution solely for money. My request for allowing my ward for the first day fell on deaf ears of front desk and one called Pallavi madam. I was ready to sort out the payment issue. ( Which I have already paid way back in Nov 2021)
