★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place for the 1st time and immediately decided to go ahead with Aqua Keratin treatment. The valuable guidance given by kirti and her team resulted in the best of my hair transformation. It helped me repairing the damages caused due to multiple chemical applications. At 1st I hesitated a bit however the friendly environment made me feel comfortable very soon.
The process was quick and the instructions given were perfect. I went for my final wash post 3 days. I had got some bends due to sweat however the team there made that instantly sort.
I would like to share another experience I had at this place, was the day when I went for a final wash, one of their client had visited as well and she had an appointment for her 3rd wash post smoothening. However she was not at all satisfied with their service.
She was yelling at the staff and creating an unpleasant scenario for the workers there.
This lady was constantly mentioning that her hairs have not turned as smooth as the 1st time and she was trying to drag me in her conversation.
However this client was not able to understand that the smooth texture she got for the 1st time was due to her virgin hair and now since she is re smoothining it that obviously wont work.
She humiliated the staff and disagreed to clear her pending amount.
The workers immediately provided her power treatment for free which no salon does.
Still in the end she kept placing her unsatisfaction and started giving threats to them.
The reason I am mentioning this is because, it is very easy to disrespect somebody's effort and leave them unpaid and this is really unfair for all hardworking ones.
The unnecessary tensed situation created by this client left a big mark on the staff's confidence.
So to all the upcomming customers, you can definately refer to reviews before being to any place, however, do not buy any misleading reviews from customers like the one mentioned above.
Revas saloon's customer service is definately worth trying at least once. I am indeed thankfull for the provided service. Good job! ?? #happycustomer #satisfied ❤️
