★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. They would call only for monthly payment, apart from that everyone from owner to office boys are too busy to pick calls for any issue. Even after calling 100 of times they don't care to call back even once.
Moreover even if u make full payment with GST even after calling multiple times they won't provide you the invoice. All they cares is not to forget to call for payment.???. Better go for Siti Internet, you won't regret your decision at all.
Edit-1: See this is how the owner will treat you if you ask them to resolve your complaints. I'm extremely happy that I got your connection disconnected coz seriously I haven't seen a big fraud like you till date. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been using the Reverrent fibre broadband since 6-7 months. Net is excellent if it's coming over and with very less down time as well. But once it's gone (be it due to monkeys or wire break due to vehicles), you need to call them a number of times to get it resolved. Infact no support is present on weekends, so if net is gone on Friday night then possibility is that it'll be restored on Monday morning/noon.They really need to work on customer support service if want to become top network provider in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst internet service provider in Hathras. They have the worst customer service. ever since i had the connection i had frequent disconnects and slow speeds. And i asked to relocate my connection they asked money for 3000 and at the time of connection they charged 4000 and promised to relocate in free of cost. No Commitment and never pick your call... I will suggest to not use their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won't say much as owner will boil as he's doing in other replies so it's better to not to take this connection. If anyone needs internet and paying you full amount then it's owner priority to provide best service but there's no professionalism, no contact what so ever just they'll call you for payment. I have 24x7 work on my laptop and i kept losing connection again and again in every one and half hour. Seriously pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service. Internet is not working from past 5 days, and no one even cares. Called almost 20 times to so called customer care. Everytime same response, its your LAN issue, person will come, and he is still coming from past 5 days.

I believe owner is replying on wrong thread or has given wrong information from team mates. As mentioned above, I always received this response from Revnet team, "its your LAN issue, person has to come to fix it". There was no discussion on ONU as it is already setup.
