Some people on YouTube who have also booked the bike on the same day have already received it month back. Don't know how and in which order they deliver the bikes ..no transparency at all

Bikes have some waiting period, On road price for RV400 is 1,29,400. Or Pay 16,400 and make EMI of Rs. 3,999 for 38 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked two bike in June 2021(delivery slot sep- oct), but don,t have any update till now and also they are not picking up call from last three month, worst customer service, this company will not survive in future, going to cancel my two bike. and I will recommend do not purchase this bike specially from this showroom you will regret in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited the showroom but it was locked from outside but staff was there inside. No one there to respond They never pick up phone calls. Very bad experience. Given booking amount in October 2021 for which delivery was scheduled in January 2022, but till now it's not delivered. Now they are saying that deposit the full amount and after that they will deliver the bike after 15 days. No booking system. Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Experience even before I start using it,,, I booked in Oct.21 with 3 months waiting period, but after 5 months (in Mar.22) after chasing again & again they handover Bike to me BUT WITHOUT CHARGER (saying charger may be available withing 2-3 days). But today after 15 days still waiting for charger (What is the use of Bike without Charger). When I try to customer care they are saying "Please contact to your Delivery Hub Showroom, we have no idea for that." And when I trying to call to Dwarka Hub guys they are not picked my phone, If wrongly pick after calling again & again, only single answer "We have still not received charger, please wait 2-3 days..."
Also I paid for 4G connectivity in my Bike, but they installed 2G connectivity, its not showing location of my Bike in Mobile App, so why I paid extra money for this type of connectivity.
