★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. They rejected my DL and adhar card even it was genuine by saying that we have a system verification problem. They charged me 400 as delivery charges and didn't provide me car after seeing my DL and adhar. My booking was cancelled from their side and no refund. As my experience i don't suggest you to use rev service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst company with which you can do the self drive service car booking. They will screw up your plans by cancelling your car on the last day and offer a sub standard car.
I booked Innova crysta 20 days b4 my trips dates. They cancelled it on the last day and offered maraszzo with the same cost.
The teams are ineffective and inefficient. They talk unprofessional. They don't even know anything about their own app. They cancelled the booking of Innova and then didn't refund the advance money as well paid 29 days b4 the booking.
Worst self drive car services. Will never refer this company to anyone. Book from your network. Never go with zoom, revv, my choice and selfdrive.in. these online service providers are mostly frauds. they will take the advance and will not revert it back. Please be very careful and do not pay heavy advance to these online frauds all over India. ALSO THERE IS NO LAW ON SELF DRIVE COMMERCIAL VEHICLES IN INDIA AS PER MOTOR VEHICLE ACT, SO WUDNT BE ABLE TO FILE CASES.
I HAVE RECORDED CALLS FROM REVV EMPLOYEES REGRDING MY REFUND DUE FROM THEM. WILL TAKE IT UP UP AND UP.
No options to put negative star rating otherwise I wud have put. Will make sure my full family puts the review as the car was booked the entire trip

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend using Revv.
They simply cheat, I used their services (Cust ID xxxx9453). There were dents and damages to the car when they delivered the first time which I pointed out. They stated that it will be taken care of and I will not be charged. When I delivered the car back they charged for all the damages and dents to me. And because they take a good amount as security they will simply deduct the claim amount(without verifying from their records what was the status at the time of first delivery). This is simply milking money from customers. Their cust care is just like any other one(it is outsourced I think) they simply do not know anything or can not do anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Revv Car service is a scam! Do not rent from them even if it is your last resort. I rented a vehicle from them. The vehicle had damages. They claimed that I am responsible for these damages even though I had absolutely nothing to do with the damages or had knowledge of them and took the car from me for 8 days and provided no replacement vehicle. Not just that, they billed me Rs. 10,000 on top of the Rs. 50,000 that I paid to rent the car for one month. Their customer service staff is the rudest I have ever witnessed in my entire life. I want to specifically mention the names of Sundeep, Rakesh, Adarsh and others who utterly mistreated me. I will be filing a lawsuit on the firm, and also contacting their investors directly for this treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience would have almost been negative but the resolution and refund was handled well enough. The only reason am eliminating one star is because it required me to call, email and threaten a bit, for Revv to do the correct thing and behave with integrity. But it was finally resolved very well in the end. I am looking forward to using Revv in the future and better my experience and rating. This company deserves support because we need more of service in this segment in our geography and it’s not easy to provide service in this segment.

- Abrupt price increases mid subscription for extra km
Yes, you have to pay for every km you drive over 2000 km per month.
- Extension for one month is pricier than the average cost per month. Their explanation is prices of the cars have increased.
- No replacement car for the duration of maintenance before 48 hours. If you need it, rent it.
- Covering in case of damage is a scam because most repairs are below 10k, and the customer is supposed to pay in that case. In other cases, the customer pays the filing charge for insurance claim.
Car Subscription services in India are offered at a huge premium. Customer experience would be so much better if they justified it with service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked my first ever car rental with Revv after comparing it with Zoomcar. Rented a car for 5 days in Kerala, with pickup from Kochi Airport. The delivery executive was on time, with a delay of 5 mins (acceptable). The car (I10 grand) was clean and in a good condition. It felt slightly less maintained and had minor rattling sounds with 82000 clocked on the odometer. Felt that the car needed servicing. Overall the experience was good and executive was on time during the trip conclusion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11117608. Booked the car for a family trip. Turned out to be bad experience. Sales team promised the moon but the service is very poor. Inspite of paying a huge rental amount and repeatedly informing the customer care regarding a good car as I am traveling with small children and elderly ladies i was unfortunately given a very poor car which was sluggish and dirty internally. On asking for a replacement within first 40km i was denied the same. Thereafter there was minor damage caused by a person driving another car without license. The matter was reported to the customer care. Mr Narendra advised me to repair the car and sonu verma from service too. I was promised no charges would be deducted from security deposit. I took the pains of ethically repairing the car inspite of car not available for 3 days I changed my itenary too. Inspite of honesty doing everything I was unethically charged a huge sum of 10k as repair charges inspite of the pick up person confirming that the car is being returned as the time of delivery. I hope the revv team resolves this issue at the earliest and refund my security deposit at the earliest.
