★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had one of the worst experience. Purchased Native Instruments Komplete 13 Upgrade for Select from the website on 25th of November. After multiple contacts, they updated me on 30th that the listing on the website was incorrect and that the product is almost 13k higher in price. I asked them to get the refund processed the same day and it is 6th of December now and they haven’t even initiated the refund. I asked specifically to the get the refund processed as fast as they can so I can purchase the upgrade from the Native Instrument’s website and the deal will end on 6th of December and they haven’t even tried to help me with that.
