★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors might be good, but the administration is only interested in trying to rob you blind. They even charge you extra (not covered in insurance) to take the films of your scans! They retain the scans and refuse to release them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We heard about RG stone and since I have been a kidney stone patient for almost 9 years so we decided to get it treated at this branch. The emergency services are horrible to say the least. Any stone larger than 7mm which is stuck needs to removed via an operation; till that time the patient suffers excruciating pain and vomitting. I went to this branch, hoping to get admitted. They just gave pain meds and released me from emergency despite informing them that I'm having recurrent pain attacks (with close to a 1cm stone being stuck). They assured that if a pain attack occurs we can come back to emergency anytime, even late night . Well we did rush to them late night, but their emergency service is a sham. No. Doctor available, guard didn't allow us to go to the emergency room. They just asked us to go to some other hospital. So Think twice before choosing RG stone. They don't care for patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facility is really good but I would highly advise against consulting Dr. S. N. Goyal.
He gets irritated too quickly on asking questions. He prescribed and installed a catheter in the first visit and then questioned why we went ahead with it in the next visit.
He was asking us to suggest the treatment that they should be doing. We were confused and literally felt like he was doing us a favor even my talking to us.
Happened 2-3 times continuously and eventually we ended up changing our primary urologist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would only recommend this hospital if you don’t have any other options.
No doubt the medical facilities provided were good but the other facilities were quite pathetic.
The staff at the reception was behaving like a jerk, he was adamant on the fact that they don’t accept RT PCR reports from govt hospital chains even it was duly signed and stamped by the CMO hospital.
Another issue is about the Canteen/Dietary department , they dont serve the meals/dieatary supplements even after 2 hours(as per schedule) even after numerous reminders and they put the handsfree out of the instrument so that nobody gets connected to them.
Even the local hospital staff on duty are facing issues with them, still nobody at the management level bothers to take any corrective action.
