★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vey wrost experience of this center, waiting time very long even they didn't confirm the waiting time as well as taken number. I saw very negative reviews and they all are true. staff is very rude , I thought they don't know hindi Or English.
Do not go there..
Negative ?
I also saw that after reviews owner or doctor apologize for act, why there are correcting things in manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chose to visit even after checking the rating and reviews and now regretting my decision.
Same problems as read in other reviews,
1)Waiting time is very high,
2)Tests charges are high, (i mean common, Rs. 400 extra for an internal sonography? Can any body explain what extra efforts doctor need to put ??? Really like to know if somebody is reading this and wants to explain.
3)i Don't know about the rule, but they kept the original prescription with them,
4) Charge 2% extra for card payments....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros : Sonography dr is very sincere she check previous history and accordingly give advice in report. Sonography report is directly sent to ref. Doctor.For sonography we get report in half an hour post test which is manageable.
Cons: In both sonography and pathalogy , needs to ask for bill recipet as they don't give of their own post payment.
At pathalogy needs to call them many times to get report over whatsapp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow. I don't know what machines they have, but it takes so long to diagnose one patient and then next 30 minutes to get the reports. Also, no matter if you have an appointment, they will still make you wait.
Tip: if you want to get yourself diagnosed, make sure you get out of your house early morning.
I request the owner to atleast get machine which gives results in bearable waiting time or increase the number of staff if you take 1400/- for the fees!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people don't care of your time.even though you book your appointment you have to wait a lot to get checked up. Doctor is very rude and egotic. Don't expect they will answers your questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this lab last week and my experience was very bad. Doctor act like an machine operator. Don't know what kind of attitude she takes but she is highly unprofessional. She doesn't answer your questions. She always in hurry and just try to get rid of the work asap. If you ask something she give answer very rudely.
One good thing is that their front desk staff is very good and more professional than the doctor itself.
You can find much better labs then this in the town with better prices.
