★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered birthday cake, it was nutella category cake but really sorry to inform that the cake was completely unfreshed & specially cake sponge where we can smell the unfreshness of the cake as it was stored from long time & its expired....we didnt expect this from ribbons & balloons as its such a well know cake shop, just to inform it has been ordered from kurla phoenix branch of ribbons & balloons.
Last but not the least...it was really embarrasing moment for us in front of our guest.It was our last order from ribbons & balloons & will never ever order from them in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with their service. Ordered rasmalai pastries but received fruit ones instead. Flavours were changed without prior intimation. Charged for the exotic cake whereas delivered the basic ones.Clear case of cheating the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's surprisingly a bigger store in comparison with other outlets. It's nicely designed and quite spacious with good design. So, the overall ambience is quite decent and familiar as well.
The place offers variety of snack food options to choose from in both vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian offerings. Also, the variety of cakes was quite good though it revolved mainly around chocolate and coffee but it was sufficient. You may not find something fruity or cheesecake type but that's not what they're famous for either so doesn't matter.
The quantity, quality and prices seemed perfect. The staff's service seemed average and it'll time for them to get accustomed with the offerings as the seemed clueless. Anyway, it's a place that won't disappoint.
