β β β β β This used to be a good shop for cake n,pastries,etc. But now, the selling staff is very arrogant and doesnt know how to talk nicely. And If you ask other things to buy, i.e., birthday goodies,etc, then, NOTHING will be available in the name of FRANCHISEE. Avoid!!!!

β β β β β Don't purchase any thing from here, I ordered cake for first b'day of my child and they given different cake at last movement. Than forcing to take same cake we ll not return money. Owner also disgusting just listings matter but no cooperative. Fail to maintain bran value of Ribbons and balloons. Totally liar staff.

β β β β β I ordered my sonβs first birthday cake from the Sus Road shop. Initially I was skeptical about the taste n the look of the cake as the reviews were not good for Sus Road branch and I already ordered before reading reviews .But to my surprise , the cake was very beautifully decorated and the taste was equally good . They exactly customized the way I asked them . All the kids liked the cake and enjoyed the delicious magique flavor with lots of hidden dry fruits n nuts .

β β β β β Design and taste is good BUT something is wrong with the QUALITY.. People got throat infection after eating the cake.. In fact, it happened twice in 15 days.. 1st time I did not doubt on the cake but second time I confirmed that it's poor quality cake that is affecting.. I will NOT recommend this shop.
