β β β β β A very stale (might be a lockdown stock) cake was sold to me. The cake was slight bitter in taste (cream part). In response to my complaint the guy argued saying it taste originally same and can't give any refund of exchange. A very poor and unprofessional way of handling customers.

β β β β β I am very disappointed with ribbons and balloons. Though I've been a regular customers, the way they ignored my complaint and argued has loosen my trust on this brand. They sold me a stale cake that taste bitter (probably lockdown stock). After making a humble request to refund or exchange they simple nod their head and had blank face implied "I am not responsible for it". Very poor customer service!! Won't buy a piece ever from this store.

β β β β β Very critical and poor quality , The cake was very bitter in taste and very dry and I called the owner and told about the condition and he told to bring the cake next day afternoon and I did as he said I Respected their work and went to the shop in the afternoon so there will be no customers at that time and as I told the problem about the cake they said the cake taste is like that originally, but it is not, we all know how the pastry cake tastes the cake they gave was very bitter and dry and they didn't agree to change and he also told that the cake got expired today and cannot be exchanged, what a disgusting experience it was and I gave the cake to them only, it is not a joke to go to the shop many times buy and return it we all have our works and when we want to enjoy a little time and buy and eat something these types of shops will ruin the moment , will never buy from ribbons and ballons again. Worst.
And the reply to this review is "sorry mam you came to the wrong page I think", I know the address sir, Ribbons and ballons, sector -19, Airoli. There is only one Ribbons and balloons in sector 19, Don't just try to fool the customers and reviews with like these replies.

β β β β β I had a great experience at this Ribbons and Balloons outlet.
I had ordered for a Harry Potter themed custom cake and wasn't disappointed.
I got the flavours I wanted with the design I wanted. I'll absolutely recommend it if you want the regular cakes or customised ones.
Things you need to remember are:
Min quantity for custom cakes are 2kg
Price is fine considering the quality I paid 1100/- per kg and 50/- for delivery.
The delivery was on time and the entire transaction was done via whatsapp and I'm happy with not having to venture out for another activity in planning a birthday, utilised the time for other things.
Good work guys, the guests loved the cake and refilled it multiple times.
