★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered birthday cake, it was nutella category cake but really sorry to inform that the cake was completely unfreshed cake specially cake sponge where we can smell the unfreshness of the cake as it was stored from long time & its expired....we didnt expect this from ribbons & balloons as its such a well know cake shop, just to inform it has been ordered from kurla phoenix branch of ribbons & balloons.
Last but not the least...it was really embarrasing moment for us in front of our guest.It was our last order from ribbons & balloons & will never ever order from them in future.
