★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is disinterested in their work and there is no customer satisfaction parameter on their charts, for sure. The cake quality was good. However beware while purchasing other accessory stuff from here. The musical lotus candle they sold me for Rs 80/- did not open up on lighting nor did any music play. Simply ruined the birthday party. The staff is least interested in letting you know about options or varieties of cake. All they would say is look at the booklet and select. Zero customer satisfaction 0️⃣

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good cakes and decoration items also. It will be good if staff can focus on customer service more. Eventually, its all about how you handle a customer. Customers will be happy even for a mediocre product if provided with a quality service. Luckily they do have a good quality products and little focus on service can be really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 2 kg cake from Ribbon and Balloons Mumbra branch. It was not fresh and with bad smell with full of cream. When asked with manager Muzammil jhule he said this is same quality we are providing since many year with rude attitude ! I request Ribbons and Balloons to action against such culprit muzamil who even dont know to deal with customers ! Its waste of money ! Like to suggest dont buy cake from ribbons and Balloons it's not worth
