★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently studying in Rice Sealdah. Here are some of the things about Rice :
1) They take a lot of money but they provide decent study materials and other things you need in return.
2)Almost all the teachers teach in Bengali so those who don't understand it, will have a huge understanding problem.
3)What teacher you get, depends on your batch. In my case some teachers are good while others are mediocre while a rare one or two have behavioural (more like attitude issues.)
4)If you visit Rice for the first time, you will be 'advised' to get counseled by their career counselor. (Take everything they say with a pinch of salt). Two lies they say - "our faculty is permanent, we don't change teachers midway " - Big lie ; " You will get repeat classes if you miss any" - No, you won't.
5)Some teachers in your batch will suit you, others will not. But then again, never expect that they will change them for you.
6)If you are okay with the above things plus the money, go ahead and join. At the end of the day, it's the students hard work that brings success, the good teachers in rice just show you the way while the bad ones will discourage and fear monger you in the class.
Update during Covid 19 : Lots of teachers as well as huge no. of students have left. Almost all of the teachers who left has joined unacademy. Most students left because of how they are teaching online. It's miserable. People don't pay such huge fees to receive such quality of education during these testing times.
It's not worth it anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a beautiful and well organized study centre. Teachers, staff, security personal- everyone is very humble and gentle. Must visit place if you want to focus on studies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only interested in money.... I gave 40k rupees in my first installment & when I left due to some personal issues after 2 weeks , they didnt bother to refund me back. So my advice only go if you have both money & time to waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The institution is not at all good for banking aspirants. Fees is too high , which is around 1lakhs for 2 years. And trust me it's not worth it! The staff will continuously try to convince you to join Gen com course. But Gen com course will not provide any help for banking exams. It is only meant for ssc and railways. Stay aware and invest your money wisely!

This is very worst institute nd trust me they are not providing any update study material because nowadays many of government exam questions material are changing and competition is very toughest day by day. Some of the teachers nd non teaching staff r not professional. After took admission within 6 month if you wouldn't be able to crack any exam they will start to demotivate you specially non teaching staff. So guys beware of this kind of worst institute.

If someone wants to join this RICE
Don't pay them a single rupee at first
You just say give me 2 months demo class of every subject and then you decide you want to continue classes or not
Because if u pay them before getting any class they will not bother about you.
So please be careful
