Highly unprofessional and unethical lady, she uses poor quality brushes, contaminated lipstick and have no knowledge of make up. . She couldn't even cover my dark circles, I informed her before she began services that I'm looking for naturally glowing kinda look and nude make up. . But she gave me matte red lipstick and pink blush. . Also, she is very arrogant and rude, she won't accept that her lipstick was contaminated, it was 'stinking' to which her response was lipstick woh log essence toh dalta hi hai. . Is essence suppose to make lipstick stink like gutter?
My final look was no where close to pictures on google, I think pictures are photoshopped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience ever. Had an appointment at 5, the lady didn't come for half n hour, I had to go to a party still I waited for her.called her, did not ans. Texted her, did not reply. If you aspire to be a well known salon in the city, then there should be be basic courtesy to come and say sorry for wasting my time. As ur in service industry, you cannot run a salon alone by ur art but u need to be professional. Deeply disappointed. I urge everyone to please call her ten times before making an appointment as u never know ur time might just be wasted. As for them customer is of least importance.

They work with high quality products ; shampoo / conditioner so had a very relaxing "hair wash". My "hair ironing" was just fantastic !??✌??
