★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So i bought a car from Rich Motors two weeks ago.. I was very happy since that was my first car. Also, I dont have much knowledge about cars and resale process. Anyway, I really liked i20 Asta Petrol 2015 model that was parked there. Me and my friend took a test ride in it. The metre showed 43200 Kms. I thought maybe the previous owner didn’t drive the car as much. Coz by looking the exterior and interior the car looked in the mint condition. I really liked it abd the deal was done in 435,000 INR. Also, i got all the documents that was there and everything. It had an extended warranty. I immedietly went to Hyundai Service Center as the extended warranty was ending on 30th June, 2020. Anyway we went there, the receptionist took all the details of the car and he told me that the car is driven for 86,000 kms.. I was soo shocked because we have took the car at 43,000 kms and he told me that the extended warranty is not applicable too. Its a serious fraud case because the car service history also furnish that the car has been repaired 4 times with accidental repair. Also, post to this incident the car has a painted body all throughout. And i thought to myself, kya sahi chutiya kaata gaya mera. Guys i request you to always cross check everything before you buy a car or anything, because it’s your hard earned money and these dealers don’t care about anything rather money. So please beware and cautious.
