★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive had the worst experience with richa. I am from abroad (U.K) and i have ordered lehenga through watsapp. Till ordering it was all ok then i came to india to collect the lehenga. So when i came and tried the lehenga was too big in the waist as it was my mistake i gave two measurment one which said waist which was 27 and other one said lehenga waist which said 33 so she did the blouse waist 27 and lehenga 33. Now i agree it was my mistake but i paid her 65 thousand rupees to make a lehenga so i expected atleast for her to sort something out for me. So she started her greediness.. she said if i had to make it to your size again il have to charge you more money.. i am new to india and i dont know many places but she could not understand my situation and said you can take the lehenga but it wont be done without cost. Also i asked her to make me duppatta as it doesnt come with dupatta, she charged me 2000 rupees for it which looked like 500 rupees dupatta. Also for delivery to india she said itl cost me 1500 for just delivery to mumbai to daman. Which was also a rip off. And somehow i managed to get my lehenga. And when i did get it. I saw the quality was not all that as it seems to show. Also her label on the blouse to show its designer, that already was coming off. So this was completly waste of time and waste of money for me. I could easily get a better designer lehenga in this amount without all this hassles. For a abroad customer i would say come and check in india and buy but NEVER trust online and buy!!
