Strange..!!
Lack of coordination between the clinic and the call center which facilitates appointments.
Pathetic Service. Disappointed.
Will not recommend to anybody.

No dermatologist.
Felt like fancy ayurvedic treatment.
And very very expensive treatment...
All they try to do is sell me a 6 month treatment for 50-60 thousand..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could rate in negative.I had visited and paid Richfeel Pimpri office and placed order for a product in Dec 2019, But till date I have not received it .I email and followed up multiple times with customer service but they are not even responding.I called up Pimpri office but they keep on saying that they are giving false reasons .
It's more then 1 Year and 5 Months, I can't wait any longer so I have filled a case in consumer court against them to refund my money . I also saw their are several other customers who has also filled case against Richfeel.
Please do not fall in the trap and waste your hard earned money.

Richfeel people have still not delivered my product yet.Ms. Monali who is head of customer care keeps giving me fake responses. And doesn't even pick and answer me appropriately.
