★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid! don't get cheated.
First of all its not a clinic, its a parlor and you need to use every product of them.No doctor ever prescribe them and you can go if you go to use oil and shampoo worth 7000 with their humble discount.
Now they have policy that they will provide free test of your hair with out getting the result they prescribe their product with no dead line which cost a lot(7-9 k) for middle class and after that they took decision that you need therapy, which cost 15-20k.
I personally believe if you have hair fall issue like me, please visit the doctor not the parlor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever.. These guys kept calling almost everyday to book an appointment for my wife. Then they again called a few days back and told that they have a special offer for her @ Rs. 99 at Hazra Road Branch. After much hesitation I decided to give it a try. After reaching the Branch, we were told to fill in some details and asked to wait. Our appointment was scheduled at 12 noon, but we had to wait till 12:45 pm. The person at the counter was busy interacting with their call center about why we were given the 99 offer. They didn't even have the courtesy to apologize for their mistake but instead told us to call and sort out the matter. Even after waiting for so long, no body did the consultation. We left in disgust. Very rude behavior of the staff.. Don't visit these cheaters and time wasters. That too on a Sunday. Never visit this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero ratings for the lies of the doctors and misguiding fears just for filling up their billing targets and negative results. All my money got wasted here and instead of having better hair growth, i lost the hairs. Richfeel was the worst decision of my life.
