★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to take a hair service from RichFeel, I contacted their customer care which is just one number, they said that the service is available. The centre is about 17km from my home. When I reached there a lady in reception told me that the person is not available, when I asked her they would have told this to their customer care number, she said she had drop a mail and now its not her responsibility. And they treated me very roudly. Surely I didn't expect this from RichFeel.
