★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend this place for selling or purchasing of cars. These guys are highly unprofessional by nature and don't even know the basic customer behaviour. The manager/owner of this shop uses slangs while communicating with sellers/customers and disrespect them in presence of them. Basically this is Cars24 outlet run by a group of mentally poor and illiterate guys. Better to stay away of them.

During my visit for a sell deal, they were least interested in buying the car. I didn’t feel like I was on the receiving end. I felt like I had to request them to buy my car.
Secondly, they have absolutely ZERO technical knowledge when it comes to engines at least. The spokesperson claimed that TDi, CRDi are different engines and they are not the same technology.
Verdict- If you think that you will spend your hard earned money here, do think logically. Don’t go for words. Maybe think twice before finalising a deal. Thank you. That’s all from my side

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well won't talk about the showroom cause any place becomes great due to the ambience & the people in that place. Here at Richie Motors Showroom the Owner Mr. Pawan Kumar Moore is a perfect human being even after being a Business Man.
Awesome behavior, relationship management skills & off course quality of the Products dealt in. The Cars in the Showroom are truly in immaculate condition & worth buying if planning for a 2nd Hand Car (The better option today instead of waiting for a new Car).
You can ever trust this man for Quality at best possible price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He ( Mr. Pawan More owner of Richie Motors ) is the most unprofessional person & most disrespectful person you will ever meet in your life. He took advance & while we were processing for loan in just 2 days he sold the car to someone else. Later denied the advance payment (later refunded after taking appropriate action) as well & abused me saying can’t stop a car if i get money else where.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought our first car from here.. Hyundai EON Petrol and LPG under a good price range... It covered our need within our affordable budget..
Although you need to carry the cost of transferring name, getting road tax cleared (if expired), doing insurance (if expired) and servicing is must to have after the purchase.
You can proceed with gomechanic for quality servicing and would suggest to ignore brand service centres as they cheat most of the time..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second visit to this car dealership in my life.My first used car was also from here in 1999.This is for the second time I visited this place again to buy a used car for one of my family member. The style and functioning of the owner is really unique and you have to understand that which is same what I saw him 22 years before. Car he sells at a competitive price than the market but buyers discretion is advised.
