★ ★ ★ ★ ★ M driving TATA cars from past 4 yrs and completed 95k KMS have visited most of the service centers in Navi mumbai area and came across riddhi autocraft in 2019. Recently had to get major work done and drove to RIdhhi Autocraft Service manager Mr. ANAND who understood my query and before he could give any revert he asked 1 day check in & out of the car to finally give me Quote of total Cost which will incur to repair my car.
I was well versed that car needs major overhauling but to my surprise the cost & repairs suggested by Mr. anand just blew my mind. I was in doubt should i go for new car or put money for repairs. But now I think the plan to go for repairs was right. Post repairs I drove for ~ 1K kms and trust me have started loving my car again it feels m driving new car. A big thanks to Mr. anand who did detail analysis and get each and every fault cleared and also to Ms Krupa & Mr. Jay who have chosen and trained good Technicians who know how to resolve minuet issues to make car run for next 1Lac kms.
Thanks again riddhi autocraft team for the customer satisfaction and building the trust.

2- Co-ordinator Asha is good at follow ups and scheduling the bookings n all.
3- overall very good service center to visit.
4- Free pick & Drop facility is great initiative.
Lastly car cleaning post service is amazing....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst tata service centre. I had given my car for service to them multiple times and never has my car come back to me on the day and time they promise. Every time there is an issue with parts not available with them or they ordered and they received a wrong part and other lame excuses. Last time they cleaned my car from inside and it was all damp and later it had all fungus inside. I am not at all happy with their third class services or their customer relationship.
I have been talking to Faisal who is supposedly the head mechanic who looks after my car, he will never give me an update on the status of my car everytime I have to call him and he would have some or the other excuse. He would promise me a day and time of returning the car and would never fulfil it. He has ordered parts for my car but ended up getting wrong parts every time and not to mentioned those parts also never come on the time he has promised. I don't know what sort of mechanic he is.
I have escalated to Krupa madam who is head of this service station but she does not have a clue of what is happening and starts giving me false promises.
Anyways to cut the long story short I DO NOT RECOMMENDEDE THIS SERVICE STATION TO ANYONE. WASTE OF MONEY PLUS RIDICOULOUS SERVICE AND POOR ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMER.
I wish some of the higher authorities in Tata read this feedback and take action at the earliest. You have lost one old customer.
