★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend of mine traveled to Delhi from Singapore to have a dress made for her wedding day and she has had the worst experience with Riddhi and Revika. Firstly the wedding dress came in a standard DHL bag therefore the fabric and dress was crushed from postage. When questioned why it was not put in a box, the dress maker advised that India do not allow boxes to be sent via post (not at all true). The dress maker then told her she should just iron the dress. Unfortunately that was not the least of her problems, the fabric was completely different to what she had chosen in store, both in color and material. The tassels were also unattached when she pulled out the dress. The design was also significantly different from what she ordered. When asked about fixing the dress my friends only alternative was to send back at her cost. All communication attempts with the dress maker were met with hostile responses and a general unhelpful attitude. The dress maker has since blocked my friend from communicating further. It's clear that Riddhi and Revika have no interest in helping as payment for the dress was made in full.

Riddhi herself had attended us and helped us finalize the best dress for my wife’s Birthday. The fitting came out stunning. Would definitely suggest it to everyone. ?

Their designs are all pure hand-done and each time they have something better to offer. They pay attention to minor things like delivery & packaging. I’ve always bagged a lot of compliments whenever I’ve worn an outfit from their collection. Would recommend them to all who are looking for fine work in great colours.
