★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the Riddle info tech and weddingphere as ashu said you will just waste your money if you take pack from this website. I have the same experience as it was with ashu . I have take the pack because my friend raman has suggest me this site but it was a worst experience with the service they have . My friend raman is also very disappointed. Staff behave very rudley . No follow ups after payment fake portal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riddle Infotech and Wedding Phere are part of Rudraksh Group. There is no professionalism and no job security, they never provide there employees offer letter or joining letter may be they don't know about offer letter or joining letter. They kick out the candidates without any genuine reason. There is no HR, they have managers (dont have any experience) :) who are ridiculous they don't know how to talk or behave with employees. Managers and owners are changed within one day. Aarushi behavior with employees and clients are very bad. Will suggest everyone do not waste your time by joining here as they do not provide experience letter when anybody left his/her job....

Worst filters for searching profiles and no valuable profiles come after the payment.They said that they will provide you valuable matches but after payment the reality comes true and matches will be worst and worst matrimonial website with unprofessional layout. wastage of money and time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing with the staff of weddingphere or riddle info tech , Very unprofessional behavior, They don't know how to deal with clients specially Mrs Arushi your way of talking was very rude . If someone is asking you for any kind of suggestion that can make your website more better then you have to listen it. firstly there was no follow up from the last two months after the payment , after the two months there was a one follow up from your side and in that your behavior was very rude. How i can search for profiles with only two filter option that you have in your website. if i am suggesting you something that can make it more better than you have to listen not behave rudely with me. clients feedback make the product better but for that we have to listen the clients not behave rudely with them, You peoples don't have the value of clients. Completely disappointed with the weddingphere and riddle info tech. Worst service i have ever seen in my life

I have paid 2000 rs to weddingphere for my matrimonial pack because my friend raman was suggested me for this site .But it was a complete wastage of money, my friend raman is also very disappoint with the service. And also staff behaviour is not good they behaves very rudely if you ask them for any kind of suggestion they not even give any satisfactory answer . And one more thing it is a very unprofessional behaviour that they have removed your review system from weddinphere facebook page this shows they are just hiding there mistakes it shows a very unprofessional behaviour. Very disappointed fake portal.
