Biker junction product is extraordinary & geniune and delivery services are mind-blowing. prior order my BMW G3 10r hand gaurd I was scaring might they will not deliver on time or their site might not be genius... But it's really very good ?.... Thanks Ruchi Ma'am for your kind assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased Barkbusters Handguards for my RE Himalayan 2021 through Riders Junction website the package arrived within 4 days (indore-kerala). Well packed and got genuine BARKBUSTERS aluminium rode with VPS. When the package was shipped I didn't received the tracking ID so I reached through them on whatsapp and they provide all the information I need.

Very bad attitude of that person.
Products are extremely over priced
They don't work for costumer Satisfisfaction all. They want selling of the product
I recommend dont visit if you looking for good pricing. Also I bought a mobile holder for my bike which is over priced. I feel really disappointed with the after sales part.

Im frm mumbai and i was looking for the HJC CS-15 in specific graphics frm few weeks and finally came across this place through insta ads. At first i wasn’t convinced to make any purchase frm this place as it was completely unknown to me bt I really wanted that helmet so had to go for it so I called them up, cleared all of my queries and placed my order from their website and as they promised it will be delivered in 2-3 days, it got delivered to me on the 3rd day. Really happy with my purchase ✨?

I am giving 1 star rating as another customer came to the shop when i was in the shop and he took a product which has MRP of Rs. 150 printed on the product when he was paying for the same the man who was at counter asked for 200 Rs. for the same

Changing to a 1-star rating because of the post sales service. One of the parts did not fit my bike and hence I asked for a refund. It was a simple case of buying something (that I wasn’t planning on purchasing but the salesman recommended it) but then it didn’t work out, so even they agreed for the refund. They have now turned unnecessarily rude saying that I knowingly purchased a product that may not fit and should “admit my mistake” that I blamed them for giving the wrong part (which I didn’t and is not that big a deal), and though I’ve given the product back and asked for the refund twice, they clearly don’t want to keep their end of the bargain. All this after shopping for things worth 18K from their shop. Had a great time on the day of the purchase so still keeping the below review, but the experience has been ruined now.
Update 2:
Got my refund after 4 days of returning the product. Had to physically go to the shop and demand it since they didn't respond to my message/call.

The first thing that strikes you when you visit their shop is that they have EVERYTHING!
I’d gone to purchase multiple accessories to tour on my Meteor 350, and I found everything I needed. The salesman is very helpful, and will give you recommendations too. The variety you get for a particular item is amazing, which is why you can choose what is best for your needs. I bought a riding jacket (Rynox), saddle bags, helmet headset along with smaller accessories, and found everything I need. All in all, a great experience. Do check it out!
