β β β β β It was a great experience during our visit at Riders Resort.. we enjoyed a lot their services..
the management really take care for their guests.. As we visited there to spend 2-3 days.. my family also were very happy with food quality and services.. even they followed COVID protocols as per government norms that we really liked..
we noticed that they Maintained hygiene in their rooms and common areas..
I would like to Fully Recommend this place to everyone..

β β β β β Every thing is so good and service and service man are excellent they are good trained.some service man like vijay singh and manager ravinder singh ji and others are very excellent. So over all view is so good.and last of all this resort is very special for every types of customer

β β β β β Pathetic unhygienic untidy. Dirty linen and bedding. Dirty and unhygienic toilets .when asked them to change the bedding they said they do not have more bedding..these are the best ones..bedsheets had all type of stains one can image and there answer was we can't even provide...spent the whole night just sitting so that we can leave at first day light. No watering glasses or jugs..no towels provided..no basic toiletries provide..AC was making sounds as if WILL fall.tv not working..hanging wires ac and tv.since it was late we had no other option.

β β β β β This Hotel is pretty good than the other hotels available in this area. I had good experience during my stay here for 12 days.
The staff is a little bit lazy but polite.
I would like to inform those who are trying to book this hotel via OYO. You should book rooms directly by calling hotel instead of booking it through OYO.
You people might already knew that now days OYO is well known for tricking people.
Let me write about the hotel and it's services
----Pros-----
1. Rooms are pretty clean.β¨
2. Reception response is pretty good and quick.??
3. Staff is polite.??ββοΈ
4. Affordable rates of rooms.?
5. Air Conditioner? is available in almost every room.
6. Swimming pool? is available here too (I came here in winters so pool was empty :(due to the weather conditions)
7. There is a bar? inside the hotel. ;)
7. In-house restaurant is here but honestly i didn't like the taste of food?.
8. Hotel is on Jaipur to Ajmer Highway so no worries about transportation issues.?
9.There is a market nearby to buy all essential goods.?
10. People can pay here using any UPI app or banking app using QR code.
11. This hotel have amazing park for morning walk. Not as big as you might be thinking but still its amazing.
12. Internet access is available via Wi-Fi with excellent speed. When I used I got 150 Mbps speed.?
--Cons----
1. Payment via Card is not available here.??
2. Food taste is not that good. (well I'm from Punjab, it didn't met my expectations but you can try it though)
3. Some rooms needs renovation including the one I was staying.
4. This hotel is a resort as well so people sometimes books entire hotel on weddings. (I got frustrated because they (people who came here on wedding) rung my rooms doorbell likely 50 to 60 times).

β β β β β One of the worst resort ever visited. The list is so long that can't be written here all.
1. They provided expired cold drinks .
2. The manager was so rude and unrespectful.
3. Dinner timings were till 11:30 pm but they stopped it at 10:30 pm only.
4. Highly unhygenic and dirty place.
5. The pool had visible germs and worms in it.
6. They do not recirculate the pool water , use the same water for days.
7. It was stinking all over.
8. The bathroom was very very dirty.
I could have given it a negative rating if there was an option.
