Dear Sirs,
I have been facing a life-threatening problem with your bike since January 2022.
The bike suddenly stops while riding. Once the vehicle stops, the Electric start switch stops responding. I have to then turn the Ignition switch off/on and then only the bike starts after pushing the Electric start switch. I have taken the bike for solving this problem on 30.01.2022 & 02.03.2022 from your service center and flashing of the ECU was also done. But still the problem was not solved.
I have been complaining to the personnel of the service centre. They say I have to give my bike to their workshop for few days. After that the will check whether the problem can be solved or not. As I understand, they will do some R&D work on my bike. This is not expected from a reputed organization like you as my bike is not experimental.
I also face several other problems which are not solved. Sounds are coming from the chain, panels & visors which are not rectified even after the last service at the service centre.
I have used this bike for 21 months only and while it has run about 29,000 km but I have never been comfortable on this motorcycle. I use this bike for everyday use on the highway and my life is at risk.
