★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad service. They don't have anything. They promise something and give something else. They spoiled our Singapore/Malaysia trip completely. The absolute pathetic service. It was actually our mistake to trust them as we were seeing signs of unprofessionalism right from the beginning when they gave us the wrong bank account no. to transfer money to incomplete itineraries. Changing the schedule and hotels last day in the name of upgrading. Booking hotels of parents and kids in different hotel was the limit they crossed. How can any sensible agency cam book two rooms in two different hotels and gave lame excuses like the rooms went on renovation at the last minute. Every single day we would know the schedule only by late night if we would after spending couple of hours daily trying to reach their people. And they became totally unreachable. Their people had no clue what to do and they won’t respond.
Their planning of us coming back from Singapore to India took 20 hours where the actually journey should have been 5-7 hours. We didn’t get any food because of their planning. I don’t know how many complaints should I make for a trip.They completely spoiled our experience of the trip. Everyone please beware and never book any kind of trip from them. They have no idea how to do travel business at all.

The best part of the service was that Mr. Jain was available 24/7 to resolve any minor issues immediately! Definitely recommended travels.
