You are always informed and educated about the treatment process & the very best part , which makes them different from others is there,after treatment care ,even if it's a month at your home , you get calls from backend team in regular intervals, to enquire about your health and any problem you are facing . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would like to share one of my lifetime experience with Dr Vasudeo Ridhorkar and his hospital Kingsway at Nagpur when we admitted my 80 yrs old mother for PCNL. As name depicts Dr Vasudeo Sir is like VASUDEV (Shri Krishna). His personality, aura is amazing. Being from the Pharma sales background i am fully aware about the various aspects of medical profession, but believe me, the experience with Kingsway Hospital has changed my mindset and I admire from core of my Heart the way my mother was taken care. Anyone who meets Dr Vasudev Ridhorkar Sir will become his devotee because of his expertise, skills and benevolent nature. But what is appreciable and remarkable is that the polite and caring behaviour of the entire hospital staff. I am writing my experiences which i felt good, with the intention that other hospitals/ Drs may take it as a lesson and learning...to improve their services.
1- Mr. Devendra (Asstt of Dr Ridhorkar) daily calls me to know the condition/improvement of mothers health...its amazing. Have never seen such caring follow up of patient from any of the Dr in last 35 yrs.
2- Sisters, nurses behaviour is so polite and humble.
3- What is more significant is that ... in almost all the hospitals i have seen security personnel's like a hindrance for the patients and their attendants.... they behave like a authority and decision maker as they only decide the entry and treat patients, attendants in a bad manner but here at Kingsway even the approach of security guards was so caring, helpful and fully alert and active in their duty... it was beyond expectation. I salute to the team of Kingsway Hospital for giving such a nice training to show the empathetic and gentle behaviour with all the people who enters the hospital. My good wishes and pray for a very happy, healthy and blissful life to the associates and entire staff of Kingsway Hospital. Kingsway Hospital management deserves a big applaud.

Dr Ridhorkar sir is highly experienced, one of the top Urologist in india and Ridhorkar Laser Urology Clinic is the best place to have treatment with all modern facilities along with experienced supporting staff's. My father (60yrs old) was suffering from prostate enlargement problem,frequent urination, burning sensation. I came to nagpur and meet Dr Ridhorkar sir, he is so kind/soft spoken as good as god for us, within a minutes he make us comfortable and adviced good treatment. My father gone through laser prostate surgery and it was very successful after 3days discharge was given and daily follow-up taken by Dr through mobile till every things was normal. That was so heart touching for us we never expected that. Must visit, if you are having any kind of urologic problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DR VASUDEO RIDHORKAR sir is Great doctor and best urologist in Nagpur city with good human being.Iwas facing problem related to kidney stone and UTI , RIDHORKAR sir give me details explanation with simple way about problem. Sir operated my stone and UTI problems without any complications. Thanku very much sir and Thanku very much to Devendra and Mahendra sir also. I highly recommend RIDHORKAR sir for stone and UTI treatment.
