Just doesnt know what customer service is .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the owner is terribly rude & arrogant, full of attitude, doesn't know how to behave even with ladies. doesn't take accountability of the actions of his staff, asks customers to directly carry stuff bought without any help from him or his staff, asks customers to deal with staff directly insead of listening to customer complaints, takes full money upfront without delivering the order to customer and then washing his hands off any responsibility. like he asked us tonnot return to his shop, his clientele would die down on its own wuth karma catching up with him. he's not carrying the legacy of his family business honourably..
