★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this store today and the behavior from the store owner was completely disgusting.
I needed three printouts and he store owner told me that the price of black and white printouts are ₹3. One of the printouts got damaged such that the prints were not visible.
I asked him to rectify or re-print the page to which he replied "that's what you get for ₹3."
My question is that what is the point in using competitive pricing to reduce the price per printout to ₹3 if one cannot take responsibility for their own devices!?
Customer cannot be made responsible for errors arising from printers! ?
