★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered and received several items till now, and I have to say, I am in love with this designer it's too amazing whatever I have received fits perfectly, and with Superb quality fabric. I ordered clothes for me & my sister and they were true to size and fitting.I would love to shop at RAH again, and suggest my friends and family too. I have awesome experience ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately from the offset there has been terrible service in terms of developing the Wedding lengha remotely due to covid . At every stage of this journey we were met with a lack of willingness to help and with such arrogance . A take it or leave it attitude !!!
Post covid we travelled to India and again we were met with this same attitude . They do not accept international credit cards , despite being advise I could pay with one. A wasted second round trip of 2 hours . Asked if they could deliver the Lengha and collect cash where I was residing . Answer No !! not possible . Finally another round trip cash in hand , I manage to get the garment and now about to travel back to UK with my daughters wedding Lengha .?
My daughter has been frustrated with appauling communication and a complete lack of cooperation. We can compare with other brands we used for our elder daughter and they : Manish Malhotra, Sabai Sachi and Shamul Bumika who were all a Pleasure to deal with .
Rimple and Harpreet please get your together your customer service is second rate and non existent!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You guys really need to step-up your game when it comes to customer-service for clients who can only deal with you virtually. The whole experience was very disappointing despite being patient to the ignorance of the team members. They are very disrespectful of the meeting-times. And wouldn’t bother to follow-up with any escalations or rescheduling even after attempts to chase them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of money going for this designer. The experience is so bad once you do a full payment like they don't bother to entertain or listen afterwards.
While purchasing they were so sweet, they committed that they would give potli and mask with the lehenga and when we went for pick up, they blantly refused and were not willing to entertain or listen.
Never going to their store or buying anything again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn’t really sure of what i wanted for my wedding day, most of the brides wanted to wear manish malhotra or sabyasachi lehnga but since the time i saw rimple and Harpreet’s collection i knew that I wanted to be the part of RAH tribe and am glad i made that decision and my fashion consultant pallavi chugh did an amazing job in help me select the perfect outfit❤️

The whole experience from entering into studio till receiving the Lehenga with final customisation was great and I really appreciate the help and assistance rendered by the staff specially, Ms. Khushboo for making the shopping experience highly enjoyable and convenient for me.
Each and every attire of RAH is unique and beautiful and a dream one for someone out there looking for a perfect wedding dress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I ordered my lengha from them and they got my blouse measurements all wrong !!! You could see everything I went back to Annie and she sent me a tukdhi- she wanted me to pay for international shipping btw .. it came and did not match the blouse at all. I’ve gone back to RAH and not heard anything at all from them and my wedding is in May !! Such bad service and no response
