I installed a freezer room from them, But after facing the problem. they provide not any solution. Mr. Rahul is only for the telling not for the serving. he told a lot but not serving the clients. he told that i'll anything for you but in last he'll do baba ji ka thulu......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a useless management. The Branch manager will come till that time only when you placed the order. nd after that you were call to them and he start ignoring to you. Quality of the product is tooo much good. but the way of talking and dealing with the clients is totally useless. The solution for our problems are not available to them. Nd they are waiting for the passage of the warranty period only. if our any part got damaged then. They will do nothing for us.

Because I settledown a freezer room from them, As we all know that the quality of the product is marvelous, But the support is just for the name only. They install the work and after that they will never come to solve any problem. i don't know how they serve to you Mr. Surendra Refrigeration nd Mr. Saini ji. my total experience with there persons is not more than zero. and one thing more as per my knowledge that Surendra refrigeration is your vendor who is serving in Haryana. reviews are way to know about the company nd you peoples are taking reviews at your own. Amazing.
