★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the last 2 times we have been getting horrible service. After spending around 30 k (for various issues, including the drycleaning of the interiors.)
The door pockets still have the dirt that was there efore the so called highly priced dry cleaning.
It is shameful for you and frustrating for us. Spoiling the name of Honda and discourging people to go for honda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disastrous. Repair and body shop works are worse than a local mechanic. The senior staff members talk like road side goons, absolutely no professionalism.
I got bumpers of my Honda City repainted by Ring Road Honda last year and within 1 year, cracks and fissures developed in the paint job. I am highly disappointed and will never visit Ring Road Honda again. I am planning to escalate the matter to Honda and other statutory agencies. I suggest to stay away from these fraudsters.

I am continuous follow-up through Email and phone calls from last 4 years with your team but no positive action shown from your side.
Its over 4 years but you do not provide revised RC of my old car which was taken by you and further sold to anybody as an exchange against new Honda city.
Now I am totally fed up and frustrated.
I think you are use my old vehicle in any anti social activities or any criminal activities so I will wait for next 7 days and then I will file a complaint to Police Commissioner and Head Traffic police and others authorities regarding this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telecaller named Noori has no manners. She called me and pressurising to pay for the insurance renewal same day only otherwise I will not get discount and she had sales target to achieve.
When I told noori telecaller who is from insurance department to connect me with somebody else she's not doing it.
They offer last minute discount deals in order to fullfill their sales Target and keep on pressurising you without even realising your current final situation even though I told her my salary comes on 1st still she was no ot listening and continuously forcing.
Very pathetic services and mannerless egoistic tele sales department don't want to listen to you. They only respond whenever they want to achieve their sales targets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its true that Honda is the best car makers in India. However, Many people are unkown about the customer service of Honda. Trust me, its awesome. I took this initiative to spread awareness about the best customer services by Honda. To people who takes their car for servicing to other service station other than Honda. Let me first share my experience: Few days back I had my Honda City ? tire got punctured that removed a chunk of it. My car tire was not in warranty and its been only 1.5 years to my new Honda City. I took the car to Ring Road Honda showroom and I shared my complete problem. You won't believe however it's a fact that they changed my car tire in just two days. rwo days because they shared my case with tire manufracturer as tire was out of warranty. They checked certain conditions that was true in my case. The Manager Madhu Ma'am took the approval for tire replacement from bridgestone. My deepest thankxx to the lady and her courtesy. I just paid few % of the tire cost and able to save huge ? money on my new bridgestone tire. Thankxx to Honda and It's noble service from Ring Road Honda.

After my insistence, the dealer has replaced the leather on all the four seats for a brand new leather completely free of cost. I really appreciate this and this has made me rethink my opinion significantly and hence the changed rating.
WORST SERVICE! AVOID THIS PLACE!
Absolutely pathetic and horrible service. My car was kept for more than 15 days and the interior seats of the car have been completely ruined. The leather is no more of a leather now. They have put some chemical on it and so many handles are now having an oily surface. One gets car repaired in Company showroom to get beat care for car. But they have done the opposite. Total money waste. Avoid at all costs. Get work done from some other place. I have been a customer since 2011 and never got car done from outside, then also they are treating me like this. I will take further action if they dont restore my car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst car servicing. Negligent cleaning done inside and outside the car. Very prompt in asking for payment screenshot but ignorant about job being well done. No proper communication between associates at the workshop and instead annoying the customer with repeated phone calls.
Please choose some other Honda workshop when thinking of servicing your car.
