★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing and mesmarizing view ..quite place with good spacious apartments ..if u love to live around the nature with all city fecilities ..its the best place to invest ..the building structure is robust ..though the builder has not extended the project as per the plan but living here is very peaceful and fulfilling.Air and water is great ..a health booster place.

Fresh Air, beautiful green surrounding, river view, better than khandala, with all facilities near by like school, collage (across the road), Medical care hospital (MIT hosp Talegaon - 2 km) and railway station just 3 km.
Amphitheatre, lawns, children's play area, club house with Well equiped gym n Table tennis and other indoor games.
Best investment and 1st home, 2nd home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome views and very serene place to stay. From the balcony mesmerizing views of Indrayani river, surrounded by a hill can be viewed.
Cons: location is not very reachable, roads are narrow. At the farther end of the town Talegaon.
