★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facility is good to look, personally I felt servicing is not upto mark, my experience was that I left my bike early in the morning at 7th number, In the evening after reaching the point around 6:30 I saw nothing was done, after me enquiring about my bike they started working on it.. Certainly no customer wants this type of carelessness.

If anyone want to purchase Honda bike in Ahmednagar then visit to Surjepura Honda Showroom. Prices are high in Rironsi Honda.

Arrogant and with attitude.
Late delivery.
First they promised the delivery on the date we wanted, and after we made full payment in advance, delayed the delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is not good. I have got very bad experience. Staff has not any manners regarding behaviour with customer. During 2nd service of new bike, they have taken the extra charges of spare parts with washing at takali dhokeshwar center.(charges as like engine oil Rs.370, gear oil Rs 90, Air filter changed at 1000km Rs220, washing charges Rs 50, consumables item Rs50, drain washer Rs 10, total Rs 790 paid to service station). I have raised the problem against him & informed to Manager of Rironsi showroom then he has not taken action regarding this. At the end, after giving the complaint in Honda company then they were ready to give Rs.150 difference amount to me. So why this happening? Is there need to call Honda company to solve the problem everytime?
Now I want to ask questions to Owner of Rirosni showroom ahmednagar, please request to guide me regarding this.
1. Have you given the permission to other rironsi service station to take the extra money from customer as per their rules ?
2. Is there any need to change the air filter of Activa 6g bike at 1000km ?
3.why Cost of oil,air filter other spares is higher as compared to Nagar showroom?
4. Why they are taking the charges of washing of bike ?
5. Why they are changing the spares without giving the intimation to customer.?
6. Why you are not taking the serious actions against such service stations which are taking the extra charges from customers?
7.why staff is not giving the correct information to customer ?
8. Why staff are talking in rude language with customer ?
