★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No MCD Water supply, people are using boring water which is poison as per Delhi jal board guidlines, builder is worst , did not give even govt electricity and water connection, visited pochanpur to buy flats , please do not buy flats here, builder is forcing and threaten you as well.
